The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our website. The offer on this website is aimed exclusively at consumers domiciled in Switzerland (hereinafter "customer").
A consumer is a natural person who maintains business relations with dieau.ch, which can be assigned neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Orders in quantities that are not usual for a household can be rejected without justification.
dieau.ch reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order shall be authoritative and cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. Conflicting or deviating from these terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized.

Dieau.ch contains information about products and services. We reserve the right to make price and product range changes as well as technical changes. All data on dieau.ch (product descriptions, images, illustrations, films, dimensions, weights, technical specifications, accessory relationships and other information) are for illustrative purposes and are to be understood as approximate values and are not binding. In particular, they do not represent any assurance of properties or guarantees, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. Dieau.ch makes every effort to ensure that all details and information on this website are correct, complete, up to date and clearly arranged, but dieau.ch can neither explicitly nor implicitly guarantee for it.
All offers on this website are subject to change and are not to be understood as a binding offer.
Dieau.ch cannot guarantee that the products listed will be available at the time of order. Therefore, all information on availability and delivery times are without guarantee and may change at any time and without notice.

The sales prices stated on dieau.ch represent final prices and include the statutory value added tax, unless otherwise stated. The prices are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF).

Dieau.ch strives to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, any delivery times specified in the order confirmation are not binding. dieau.ch is entitled to partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer only once.
The dispatch of the invoice, as far as delivery against invoice is offered, takes place after choice of dieau.ch by email or on the post office way.
Dieau.ch does not take responsibility for any spelling mistakes made by the customer in the order, as soon as the production of the bottle begins. The customer has no right to a refund if after the confirmation period by email he has given further incorrect information which will thus be transferred to the bottle. (spelling, typing and sandblasting errors).
If the delivery is not deliverable or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, dieau.ch can cancel the contract after a notification by email to the customer and under observance of a reasonable period of grace as well as charge the costs for the inconveniences.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of delivery and to report missing materials immediately in writing by email to the address in the imprint.
Returns to dieau.ch are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery bill and a detailed description of the defects to the return address specified by dieau.ch imprint.
If the inspection by dieau.ch shows that the goods have no detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, dieau.ch may charge the customer for the effort, the return or the possible disposal.

Dieau.ch may process and use the data recorded in the course of concluding the contract for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the purchase contract and for marketing purposes. The data required to fulfill the service may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (printing partners and logistics partners) or other third parties.

10. Partial invalidity
Should individual provisions of these GTC prove to be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
11. Other provisions
Dieau.ch expressly reserves the right to change these GTC at any time and to put them into effect without notice.
In the event of disputes, Swiss substantive law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is explicitly excluded.
